Apartments for Rent
Rio de Janeiro Hosts the Biggest New Years Celebration on the Planet!
During the New Years period which is considered any 10 nights surrounding December 27 - January 6th, All of the
apartments are rented out as a package for a fixed price for the 10 nights. If you stay for less than 10 nights the price is
the same. If you stay more than 10 nights we simply add on the normal daily rate for the extra nights. You select any 10
nights that you want. Apartments are usually reserved 6-12 months in advance and we require a 35% deposit to make the
reservation. The balance is due on arrival in cash and there are no refunds on deposits.
