Please include your dates of travel, number of guests, and a description of the property you are interested in. I will get
back to you asap.

Deposits

To reserve an apartment we need a 20% deposit.

For New Years and Carnival we require a 40% deposit.

This deposit will be credited towards your rent. The balance is due when you arrive in cash.

The fastest and easiest way to make your deposit is by clicking the credit card link at the bottom of my webpage. This
will direct you to a secure site where you can enter your credit card number or pay with PayPal.

You can also make your deposit by mailing a check or money order payable to:

If you are located out of the United States you can inquire about wiring the deposit directly to our bank.

Deposits are
not refundable. In some cases we may be able to credit you with a future rental.

Reservation Confirmation

As soon as your deposit is received we will confirm the reservation with the owner and send you a " Reservation
Confirmation Letter " via email with the full details.

Please email me your flight arrival details at this time. ( Name of Airline, Flight Number and Time of Arrival ).

We do offer transportation to and from the airport to the apartment with Bruno. He charges R80.00 each way. Click

A few days before you leave I will send another email titled, " Arrival in Rio " which will again summarize and confirm
your itinerary. It is a good idea to print this out and take it with you because it will have all the apartment information
and contact phone numbers.

Arrival in Rio - Check-In

On the day of your arrival one of my assistants will be waiting in the lobby of the building for you. She will take you
up, show you the apartment and give you the keys. Please pay her the balance in cash at this time.

Each apartment will have a set of clean sheets and towels. If you would like to have the apartment cleaned or towels
and sheets changed, please organize with my assistant. Housekeeping and laundry services are extra.

Check Out

Check out time is at 12 noon. If you would like to have a later check out time please advise us in advance and the
charge will be an extra 1/2 day.

Damages or Stolen Property

You are responsible for the apartment and all the contents therein. Gringo Management LLC is not responsible and will
not be held liable for any damages or losses. You are also 100% responsible for your own personal property. Please do
not bring any expensive jewelry, cameras, etc. Do so at your own risk. If there are any damages, please report them
promptly.

Noise

Our apartments are located in upscale apartment buildings with upper-class Brazilian families and professionals.  Please
respect your neighbors. Have a good time but please keep the noise down especially after 9PM when folks are going to
sleep. We just do not want any complaints.

Guests - No problems with guests. Our rates are based on double occupancy. Please disclose how many people
will be staying in the apartment when you make the reservation.
